  1. People suggest to use "...MJEG codec at a quality setting of 18....". My question: what is that codec and where do I get it? Will I be able to use it with MMC 7.1?

    Thanx

It once was free for the MJPEG codec (you could get a free p/w), but I don't know if it still is free.

  3. You can download a free trial version of all of thier codecs. The only thing is they have an annoying water mark on them. For a few small dollars you can get a code to remove the watermark. I like mine a lot. It is a very fast codec and my hard drive can keep up with it and not loose frames or have audio out of sync. Good luck.

  4. Yeah mjpeg picvideo mjpeg codec is one of the best. It used to be free but now its 18 bucks. Haven't looked in awhile but showshifter came with picvideo. So if you want it free install showshifter. Btw, I had it downloaded when it was free and when I installed showshifter it reinstalled picvideo mjpeg codec with its own serial and registration.
