I just finished installing everything that came with my Final Cut Studio 2, and I was wondering what exactly LiveMedia is? It came with 2 discs labeled LiveMedia 1 and LiveMedia2, not really sure what they are.

So it sounds like it's a program to create credits?

You can create:
* Credits
* overlays ( such as text floating over someone's head)
* subtitles
* lower third titling ( Like when a Coach or Presidential Candidate is
shown on screen and it says "Joe Schmoe--Important Person")
You can also do inserts and light masking with objects, such as
circular or Oval masking, nothing as fancy as Motion, but
small quick stuff."Everyone has to learn, so that they can one day teach."
