region free code for kenwood dvf-3050 wanted

ive tried the listed hack on this site but it doesnt work??? is there another hack out there that will let me play other region discs, eg,1,3,4 etc

The hack is >4 yrs old - Probably many firmware updates since, that may have made old "hacks" unusable. All players play region free disks, AFAIK - That's the whole point of region free disks - that they should play regardless of player region setting.
Why did you get a region locked player if you need a region free?

i bought it cos it matched my hi-fi seperates and thought the listed hack would work.. the player isnt brand new tho. it is a few years old.. anyothwer places i could look for a hack???

(just edited out my mistake in my first post, i meant i wanted it to play other region discs etc)

If worst come to worst - just backup your wrong region locked DVD to DVD-R. All rippers remove the region protection in the process.
