    Hi,

    I've recorded a TV program on my DVD recorder and subsequently burned to DVD. On playing this on my PC, I noticed that the audio is barely audible even though the volume was set to max.

    Using Super, the audio stream is :

    codec : AC3 CBR
    info : 0xbd[0x80]:48000Hz 192 kb/s tot , stereo (2/0)

    container :
    DVD "VOB" format
    MPEG-2 Program Stream << {1 vid, 1 aud}
    Sys Bitrate : 10080 kb/s VBR

    How can I make the audio louder?

    Thanks in advance

  2. Adjust the gain on your AC3filter

    nope... adjusting the gain on AC3filter didn't work...

    tried playback on a dvd player and noticed that the audio source itself is soft...

    is there a to demux the the audio, increase the volume and mux back?... i'm not sure if this is the correct approach...

    any suggestions are welcomed...

    thanks !...
