Need link to AVANTI 0.2.1

I have been reading Chis K's forum about making better quality youtube videos and I would like to know if anyone has a link to the latest version of the program. I tried the tools section and the link was dead. Any help will be appreciated.

I've thought of that but Avanti is written in Gui4Cli which is a rather uncommon script language.
This language itself is at SourceForge but I think programs written in it are out-of-topic there.

Hey it worked and your guide was cool. The part about using the hex editor was intimidating at first but it worked as you said. I had to play around for a bit but finally got the best quality that I could, especially in the 320 x 240 viewport given the poor lighting of my source. Now that I know how to do this, I'm sure youtube will come up with away to upload higher quality videos based on what I've been reading around the net but until then It's nice to have these tools and tricks.
