Usage of DirectDvd ???

Hi,
I download a trial version of DirectDVD and try to play my movies. However, I could not figure out how to play a dvd movie on my hard drive.

The UI of DirectDVd is overwhelm and too difficult to use it. It takes too long to load a regular AVI movie.

I wonder anyone have tried this software package before.

Try another software. If you are trying to play DVD's, both PowerDVD and WinDVD have trial versions and are both widely used. If you want free, you can use MPC or VLC. Both are free and will play pretty much anything.
