I'm using the Dazzle HW Bridge for capturing DV into my PC. While capturing, from time to time bad frames are rendred. It's quite a pain to locate these bad frames within the footage (for later cutting). So I wrote a program, which analyses the footage (the audio part) and tells me, where bad frames can be found. So far, so good. But I want to automate this cutting ,i.e. I want to double-click on the bad frame entry in my list and mediastudio should position the cuttinbg cursor on to the correct position.First I tried to do this with the preview dialog window, but to no avail.I couldn't manage to change anything within this window. Then I tried to use the Search/Goto Dialog, and now I can change the position (HH:MM:SS:FF) with my program, but I'm not able to activate the OK and Close buttons from the outside (this should trick Mediastudio to go to the bad frame's position).
Any idea from the Windows programmers to do this?

Eventually I found the solution to this. Now I can control Mediastudio from an external program. With the time selction dialog I now can cut clips from my program. This means, I can use my program to find all the bad frames, present a list of them and can the one after the other (backwards). The # of frames to cut can be in a dialog too.
If someone likes to have the program, I can publish it.Any ideas are welcome, as now I can input a list of time pairs (mark in, mark out) and can do the cutting process automatically.
