    Hi there, I'm about to import some VHS video into iMovie, which I will then need to export into a flash movie to post on a web site. Will iMovie allow me to do this on it's own, or do I need something else? I also have MPEG Streamclip, will that do the job? If not, what will?

    VisualHub.

    export iMovie timeline to Quicktime .dv content
    or a Apple Motion Jpeg-A .mov, and then
    drag and drop that into Visual Hub's .FLV window.
    Set size if necessary, click start.
