  1. is it possible 2 capture 1 frame of an mpeg and make it a bmp or jpeg image 4 background on ulead movie studio?not a menu image but a background image.

  2. i don't know if it's the best way but you could play the video full screen and then do a print screen...
    paste it in windows paint... you'd have a bmp...

  3. oops my bad dvd movie factory.i tried your resnullius and it didn't work thanks anyway.i have media player 7 and i can't print it as far as i know.

  4. If it's MPEG1, open it in VirtualDub, use the save as segmented image sequence option, and just set the start and end frame to the one you want.

    For MPEG2, you could frameserve it with DVD2AVI, load up the project file, set a source range, and use the output to sequence option. (This would also work for MPEG1).

  5. i tried that too.still can't save as a bmp.can save the one frame but not as a bmp

  6. Help me out a little here. Which method did you try? When you say you couldn't save the frame as a BMP, what were you able to save it as?

  9. i did'nt say to print it. there's a button on your keyboard written print screen push that and then go to windows paint and press ctrl-v
