  1. At work, the asked me to do some video editing and the task is hard. I have to add a mark on a video: it's like adding a red clown nose to a face, when the guy is speaking and moves on screen.

They tell me it's possible with Adobe Premier, but I would like to know if I have to take the extra-long route of individually change each frame. I wonder if it's possible without it taking hours just to edit two minutes.

Can anybody enlighten me? Thanks in advance.

Adobe After Effects has a tracker which could automate, at least partially, the process. However if you use keyframes in Premiere you may not have to track every frame. You also have the complexity of changing angles etc, but tracking is the first issue.

I don't know if this will help, but it's an online video tutorial which covers bluring a face (or you can highlight it too.) I would imagine it would work with any moving object. It's from Wrigley Productions and a free watch. The tutorial is for Premiere 6.5, but I would think you could apply the method to latter versions. (When you get there, the Download simply plays it on your media player. You don't actual have to download it onto your PC.)

  4. Thank you very much, I will check these as soon as possible and tell you if I had any luck. It would allow me to do the job faster, in the not so impossible eventuality the boss keeps giving me this stuff.
