  1. my prolem is that I am trying to open an SVCD in TMPGEnc (and Win Media Player) and I dwonloaded the MPEG-2 CODEC from the tools section, it will install fine, but i restarted because it didnt work @ first, and i tried opening the file again, but it STILL doesnt open SVCD / MPEG-2 files in Media Player or TMPGEnc, anyone knoww my prob?? im using Windows XP (NTv5.1)

    do you open the svcd mpeg2 directly from the cd?
