Go download a copy of Mac Par Deluxe.
follow it's install procedure.
then,
You need to find the .rar file which should be in he same folder
as the other pieces of the RAR archive.
Once you have done that, then just double click the .rar and
the program will join the pieces and expand the archive
to what it should be.
hopefully if it is a valid Video_TS folder, then using
Toast Titanium 7 or 8, you can drag the valid Video_TS
folder into Toast's Data Tab ( selecting DVD (UDF) first on the left)
and then burn the disc."Everyone has to learn, so that they can one day teach."

i downloaded the program and installed it, it went through a series of checks for each file, then it looked like it was compliling something ( blue bar slowly filling the bottom) but after that the fold looked the same...what am I missing or is the folder invalid?

it might have been rebuilding bad/missing rars. to reassemble the parts the "xxxxx.rar" is the starting point in that older style archive with whatever is used on a mac like winrar is on a pc. maybe unrarx or rar 3.71

the blue bar status tells you what it is doing right below it.
If it was in the main window, it had to repair missing/bad pieces.
Now that it is done, try it again.
If it never gives you this window
then your download was hosed and the window will
tell you why ( missing parts, password missing, etc)"Everyone has to learn, so that they can one day teach."

Menu Process > Unrar Archive > select the .rar file.
This should result in an unpacked copy of the content from all .r** content.
