I have DVD TV season sets I bought that I want to ensure work perfectly prior to the 30 day exchange deadline, but can't watch every second prior to that deadline. I was FFing through everything at 32x, but discovered a freeze-up that only occurred playing at 1x. (It happened on 1 DVD player out of 3, so I believe it was the player and not the disc, but it nixed fast-forwarding.)
Does DVDShrink Deep Analysis ensure a DVD will play all the way through at 1x? Does it ensure that clicking on any menu item will work? If it doesn't, is there any software that will? I don't want to copy, just verify it plays fine.
Finally, is there any software that verifies there are no pixellations or sound dropouts from disc imperfections? I assume that's a no, but would love to be contradicted there.

Nothing will ever do that. You could scan each DVD for errors using something like DVDInfo Pro, but there'll never be a 100% sure way without playing them all thru on the player you intend to use for watching.

Mats is correct. If you buy TV box sets, it's up to YOU to watch the shows within 30 days to be sure they are OK. There is nothing that can automate this for you.

I bought lots of sets during a 1-month sale, and was done after FFing through at 32x, but played a bit afterward that froze. While that appears to be the player and not the disc, there may be other errors I missed.
What scans or tests in DVDInfo Pro are most likely to find such errors?
