    Hi
I hope you can understand what I am trying to explain so here goes.
If I open a program and the window pops up for that program say on my desktop, if I needed to move the window I would just hold the mouse button down on the top of the window and drag it, and the whole window would move, no problem, but all at once this no longer happens. When I try to drag the window I get a outline of the window and move that, then when let go of the mouse the original window just moves to the outline. How can I put it back so I drag all of the window and not just a outline.
    Thanks

Go to Start - Control Panel - System and choose the Advanced tab. Click "Settings" under Performance, and go to the Visual effects tab in the new window that opens up. Check "Show window contents while dragging".
In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move.
