Mac OS X, ffmpegX, mencoder & Mkv with DTS audio

I've got an MKV with V_MPEG4/ISO/AVC video and A_DTS audio track. I cannot stream MKV's to my home theater system so I am trying to convert it to an AVI mpeg4 with mp3 or AC3 audio, or possibly passthrough the DTS stream. Whatever I do I never have audio. I see errors in the log but I'm unsure how to fix them.

Could someone have a look at the log and explain to me how I can fix this?

Ah well I guess mac users don't use DTS

You could try VLC's Streaming/Export Wizard to export/transcode the DTS title to a new file.

Thx Case, I followed your other link for AC3 passthrough using ffmpeg which is working fine.
