    I have gotten myself in a jam, I need to make more room in my desktop icon ( I have max it out). Also my Program Icon ( max out) Start> Program ...No more space. Also already made the everything smaller by right click start > Properties. Does any one knows how make more room. Thanks!

    WEll you could get a graphics card that supports multiple monitors. Then you could put all of your icons on one monitor and free up your working space on the second monitor.

    The only other way is to cut back on the icons. Don't you use the start button regularly? I don't know of anyway else to get around it.

    If I understand your Q... those icons are links; you can put bunches of icons into desktop folders to make space. Its very hard to imagine why you'd need so many active.

    It also uses resources to manage all of those icons. PC running a bit slower lately?
