I have an NTSC DVD that i want to encode to a PAL SVCD.
Can anyone tell me what i need to do.....its the NTSC to PAL thing that i dont know.....when i did a test encode, the audio was way out.
I quess itys to do with the 29.9 fps compared to 25.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
The method I use is DVD2AVI & TMPGEnc

Why do you need to convert it to PAL? Most DVD Players will play both PAL and NTSC. If you try to convert either way you're gonna get a/v asynchronization. And you're video will most likely look choppy. But if you really wanna do it then you can get one of those programs that change the speed of the audio so that the audio and video durations are the same. There is ALOT of room for ERROR in doing This...
