    I have burned DVD's on my listed external burner. I have one that is finalized and one that is not. When I attempt to view the files on my PC, the files do not show up. The DVD will play on the PC. When I put in a commercial DVD, I can see the files.

    external player: lg model LRA 516

    PC burner: NEC ND-2100AD

    media: Memorex DVD+R 16x

    PC WinXP SP2 1gb memory

    You cannot see the files on either disc, or only the one that isn't finalised ?

    You need to finalise a disc if you want to ensure that it is readable on other devices.
