Hi, I want to say Sorry in advance if they has been already addressed but I have been looking on the internet for two day now trying to figure this out.
My supervisor gave me this dvd that was made for us of one of our products, she now want this dvd turned in to a small size and embedded on to our website for others to watch on our site.

The thing is I can't get it to work. The DVD has two folder on it audio and video and then there are three VOB files, two IFO files, and two BUP files in the video and nothing in the audio file. I was able to convert one of the VOB files (the biggest one) to a MOV file with a converter I found online. And I was able to embed it onto our site with a code I found on the net and it worked in Mozilla but it was just a black screen forever in Explorer which is what most people use so I need help figuring out a way to get my VOB file onto our site in the smallest form but good quality as possible.

I don't care if the VOB file is converted to MOV, SWF, or WMV but I need a good converter suggestion to do it and a good html code that I can put it online. I have been trying really hard but I cannot find anything right and it feels like I am looking the wrong way to get this figured out.

If anyone can help it will be very helpful. In the title I said VOB to SWF because it seems the best to me but if there is anything better please please let me know thanks in advance!

  2. carina83,

There are a number of ways to go. Perhaps the simpest would be to -
Join the VOBs into one mpeg file with TMPGEnc.
Convert the mpg file to swf with FlixPro (or some other flash encoder) .
Add the swf to your web page using Front Page, Dreamweaver etc.
