I am looking for some ideas on software (open-source) that I can use to copy my DVD’s to my HD and then put onto a disk. I am just learning how to use ImgBurn for my burning needs (lot to learn there as well), and I guess I would need some kind of copyright protection decrypter for a few of my DVD's. I a really new at this and not very knowledgeable as of yet. I just figured out with the help of this forum that I didn't need to convert my xvid files with convertXto DVD because I have a MPEG4 capable stand-alone player. I wasted my time and lowered the quality of my finished product. Any help would be appreciated. There seems to be many choices, and I would like to get some recommendations on reliable choices on this matter. Thanks...
