The automobile in question appears at the 4 minute and 29 second mark on camera 6 (file ending with 600), camera 7 (file ending with 700) and camera 11 (file ending with 1100).

I have absolutely zero experience video editing, i saw similar posts on this forum so i hope you can help me identify the license plate.

I am including a still shot of the vehicle so there is no confusion.

I will send $100 to the first person able to provide a readable plate.

    Merci beaucoup!

because of the low res camera and tiny bitrate you'll never get it. the entire license plate in the best image is only 8 pixels wide and 4 tall. zoom this image out and you can see for yourself.

Guys, please check out avi ending with 600, we may have a better shot at the back plate than the front plate. Cue footage to 4 min and 30 sec. If someone could send me a still shot, i would greatly appreciate it.

    Merci beaucoup!

If you saw similar posts in this forum, you would have also seen that almost invariably NOTHING can be done to appreciably improve footage that is too low resolution or too compressed to begin with. Especially when dealing with license plate recognition, where the total number of pixels in the area of interest often is less than that sufficient to even register one or 2 digits.

  9. Here's a 16x point resize upscale of the area around the license plate (frame 8134 of the "600" video):

Each square block represents one pixel from the image. The dark horizontal lines are probably a frame and/or shadow in the plate well. So the numbers in the plate are between them. That's only two pixels high and maybe eight pixels wide. There's no way you will ever get anything useful of of that. There's just not enough information left. You wouldn't even know it's an image of a license plate if you saw it out of context.
