iam very new at this and need your help

hi everybody.

i downloaded several files that seems to be bin/cue.
which soft do i need to extract and instal them?

use WinRAR to extract them and use CDRwin,CDRDao w/ Xduplicator Gui,
Fireburner,or use CDmage to convert the images to other cd image formats
