kk i have the first disk of the batman animated season 1. Know this is 6.75 GB, cant put it on a single dvd.

Comes with the Video_TS folder and a Jacket_P folder.

This says its 1 Disk, but it cant fit on 1 disk. Does the dvd need to be a Dual Layer dvd ??

A bit confused here, do the seasons u buy, are they dual layer dvds or are they split

    Some help would be appreciated

Shrink it with DVD Shrink so it fits onto a single layer DVD-R or DVD+R.

I'd recommend using DVD Rebuilder to 'shrink' the disc - instead of DVD Shrink. I've found that DVD Shrink doesn't work as well with animated sources as reencoding. IMO, Re-encoding (DVD-RB) 2D animation yields much better results then transcoding (DVD Shrink). My reasons... transcoding simply trashes much of the motion between frames to save space... but on the other hand, 2D animation (with lots of blocks of solid color) will re-encode at a lower bitrate and give much better results..
