    is it possible to record game fottage from my PC using the Svideo out of my GFX card and capture it on another PC using a TV card?

    Well thats what i thought but im damned if i can get it to work

    GFX is X1800XL with VIVO
    TV Card is Winfast 2000XP (crappy i know) but its all i got, i changed the input to svideo on the capture card but get nothing.

    I think the main prob i gettin the GFX to output to a 2nd display that isnt there, auto detect does nothing, i tried force detection nothing, any idwas

    Hook a TV up to the s-video output of your graphics card. Verify the computer is sending out a signal. You might have to have the TV (or capture card) connected and powered on before booting the computer.
