So do current compressed music offerings on yahoo and napster and others unimpress you? Are you craving full bitrate downloads?
Would you be more likely to buy music online if you could get a full uncompressed wav download just like the cd? How much does lossy music dampen your likelihood of buying online? Would the huge filesize be too much of a detriment to consider buying a full cd for download?
I'm pretty happy with the music quality from Yahoo music. They are 192kbps WMA'S and sound very crisp and clear.

Donatello - The Shredder? Michelangelo - Maybe all that hardware is for making coleslaw?

No chance in hell, I'll go buy the disc. I have a used CD shop by my house, every disc I purchase is through them. About half or less than retail cost. Full quality restriction free.

No chance here either. Full bitrate - I'll just buy the CD. Most new disks are under $15 CDN.
I'll use AllOfMP3 to try out recommended artists - If I like I generally pick up the disk. -
Wav? no thanks but I would accept lossless from a good codec
I buy some online music now but not much. To be honest 192 is fine by mean but I'd buy a lot more if not for DRM and proprietary formats.
until then most of my music will be purchased use off half.com then ripped into the format of my choice as I've always done
