The main feature I want is a recorder that offers a lot of lattitude in recording times. The Phillips I just got rid of only allowed 1, 2, 4 and 6 hours. User-defined times/bit rates would be ideal.
I don't think I need an hard drive player since all I use it for it to capture and then rip the disc to edit/author on my PC.
Any suggestions on these features with the best pic quality are much appreciated!
