License used to many times? help pretty please

Ive had a lot of pc problems recentlying and installing vista that i have now removed and gone back to xp - ive installed svcd2dvd a good few times now and im now getting a message at registration saying that i need to email an address because my license has been exceeded? it doesnt generate a reg code so thats the problem or words to that effect.

I have emailed the address given and Chrissy boy but no replys help i really like this program and cant use at the mo
