    I am looking for Video tutorials [free?] on the basics of Vegas video [7]. Anyone know?

    Its hard to find in thr PDF even, how to open a timeline and also a clip viewer.

    The videos for Vegas 7 haven't been rolled out yet, but these ones for version 6 cover the basics, which haven't really changed much. These will give you a good grounding and from there you should be able to find your way through 7

    These tutorials cover Vegas 6 but they should applicable to Vegas 7.
