I am using a unofficial build of ffmpeg available from http://ffdshow.faireal.net/mirror/ffmpeg/
ffmpeg works perfectly for convtering one video file to another video file. But is it possible for ffmpeg to accept a live broadcast video, encode it to H.264 so that the encoded parts can be broadcast further asap instead of recording the broadcast and saving the file and then sending the file as a whole.
