Acoustic Solutions mp3 player- track playing order?

Has anyone else experienced this player?

It's an inexpensive 1gb player from Argos and I'm happy enough with it, but have a question.

How do you arrange the mp3 tracks into a playable order in the folder on the computer? I've looked at the player settings, shuffle etc and thought I had it sorted.

I've tried alsorts which seems ok, then whenever I unplug the usb and play the mp3, the tracks are in a different and annoyingly random order!

Any advice? Thanks

Anyone got any advice about how to flick from folder to folder, as opposed to each singular track, which takes ages...?
