  1. Hello all,

I am new using "Adobe Premiere Element 3.0" (APE 3.0)...before this program I used "Pinnacle", which is a lot simpeler in use and has a lot less choices to make

Anyway, I do enjoy using a more 'developped' program such as Adobe...Here is my question though. I would like to put a 2 minute introduction video clip on the web, but can not decide which file to export it in. There are so many options ...

Can some one, using APE 3.0 already, give me some tips what to choose? In Pinnacle I was used to export the clips to a .wmv file < 3-5 MB. I tried this option with APE 3.0 already (Export Windows Media, for dial-up, 128K Dual ISDN), but the quality was too low, the image too blurry. The size of the video clip that came out was 2.4 MB ....

    Any suggestions would be helpful...

You might try asking this question on the Adobe Premiere Elements forum. The best answer I have heard is to File/Export/Movie as a DV-AVI, then import into WMM and then export there as a WMV since WMM seems to do a better job.

Yeah, that is exactly what I did .... You export the video clip als an AVI file and then make a WMV. file of it in Windows Movie Maker...Never tried this option before, but it worked great!!
