I am usnig Tmpgenc Noise Filter to reduce Low Light noise in the AVI recorded on a Canon Digital Camcorder. I have played around with a few settings without knowing the meaning of these settings. So, can someone please explain to me what these settings mean. Here is the screenshot of the Noise Filter Settings:
What are the implications of turning them all the way up. I got good results by increasing Still Picture and Time Axis to 95 and Range to 3 but I don't know if I am compromising anything else.
Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
