Cannot connect to registration wizard

Hi, I used to be able to download from the registered users area fine and get the program up and running but for some reason this time I am getting stuck at the online registration step. It's not connecting to the wizard, and Im not sure how I register manually.

I'm a registered user under my e-mail address mykeyhope@yahoo.com and am hoping someone can help direct me to getting this working.

Hmm, looks like maybe the registration server was temporarily down... I was able to connect later in the evening. Phew!

I have a similar problem. I have tried several computers with IE and firefox and cannot access the registered area. Every time I enter my details with donnie@dsl.pipex.com the screen refreshes back to the login screen again. Have sent an email to support yesterday but haven't heard anything yet.

sorry ill refraise tht .. great prog just gettin it to work just recently. Like you say i put in my email addy to which i reg n it just refreshes... not good !
