  1. Gurus,

I am tired and frustrated ; you guys will be last line of support.
I will make it simple for you guys to understand what would be best option for me.

    Situation:
I have a Car Hard disk/DVD Navigation system which can play DVD, WMA, MP3 and Wav files.

    Burner Software;
    Sonic, Nero

    What I want Achieve:-
I want to burn 1000’s of MP3 song in DVD so my car system can play.

    Limitation:
My system only plays the MP3 only when Disc contains the following files:
    Autorun.inf (Player and playlist filename)
    Play.exe
    Playlist.mp3u
    Mp3 songs..

This format disc can only be burn by any burner software when you click CD and select MP3 Project.
(this option does not have in any burner software when you select DVD option, there is MP3 option but that will only burn the MP3 music files only not the Player or playlist etc)

What I have tried so far:

    1. Select the DVD option Burn click the “Make MP3 disc”
Result: That doesn’t work coz it does not have playlist player and other etc stuff.

    2. I have manually created the 1000’s of songs playlist, copied the player and created the Autorun.inf and burn with MP3 songs with MP3 songs and later added these files in DVD.
Result: Failed to play by my system.

So Guru’s.: What I need to do to achieve this?

    Thanks in Advance

Can't really see why you can't create a DVD with play.exe, playlist.mp3u and your MP3's (as it, just like in the CD case, is a disc with data files) but:
You can create a fully DVD compliant "audio disc" with Audio DVD Creator - As DVD std doesn't allow for MP3 audio, it will be reencoded to AC3 (or LPCM) but it will basically retain what audio quality is left in the MP3s.
You problem may be what some DVD players seem to suffer from - They don't accept data DVD, but expects all DVDs inserted to be Video DVD.

  5. Thank you very much!
Audio DVD Creater is really a good tool to burn MP3 in DVD.
The only issue is that it take about 5 hours for One DVD.
Well..can't help it! have to live with that!
