    I have downloaded DVD Rip movies in Avi format. Some of the films are split into two avi files of around 750 mb file sizes. How do I encode these so that they fit into one DVD of 4.5 GB size?

    Please guide.

    My PC config:
    CPU: Intel Core 3 Duo E6600 2.40 GHz.
    Motherboard: Intel G965WH
    DVD Writer: Sony DRU 830A
    Burn Software: Nero 7

    Your DVD player may be able to play them as-is. Just burn them as a data disc.

    If you want DVD video, simplest free way is to get DivXtoDVD. You can select multiple source files. Burn with ImgBurn or Nero.
