Late 80's/early 90's trivia question

Ok .... in the late 80's/ early 90's trivia there was a toy that came out way back. It looked like the planet saturn i that it was a ball with a ring around it. You "straddled" it in between your feet/ankles then bounced around on it. Same idea as a pogo stick but without the stick.

What the hell was that thing called? I cant for the life of me remember, nor can any of my friends. We all see the stupid thing in our heads but cant remember the name.
