    I would like to have a card so i can watch Tv on my screen and capture video to my HD. Any suggestions on what to buy.

    Pinnacle PCTV Pro - stereo TV tuner, FM tuner, s-video and composite in, and remote control. I bought mine for $29. You may find it ranging from that up to $89. Great card though.
