    has anyone tried to run TMPGEnc 3.0 Xpress or 4.0 with windows vista because i cant i upgraded to Vista and its too sweet to go back anyone else have this problem.

    What exactly is the problem? Can you install it? Does it fail when launching?

    it fail at launch keeps asking me for the serial number never had that problem with windows xp and its the full retail version.

    the serial number should be on the box or other paperwork ... if you downloaded it then you will have been sent the serial number by email

    trust me has nothing to do with serials i reinstall on my other computer that is win xp no problem.

    Have you tried launching it in XP compatibility mode and/or as an admin?

    Also, is it 32-bit or 64-bit Vista?
