Please let me ask you, are you aware of any PAL and NTSC combo unit that can record PAL and NTSC DVDR's resulting from the combo unit PAL or NTSC VHS playback? In other words, is there a combo unit that can play a NTSC VHS and record it onto a NTSC DVDR and at the same time capable of playing a PAL VHS and record it onto a PAL DVDR?

I understand that combo units are usually of inferior quality as compared to separate units, but my question is hypothetical only.
