I've been looking around at them and I found one that sounds really cool, the Aspire Digital 1100S that's all region and costs like a tidy 35 bucks online, but I want to find one to buy at a Brick and Mortar store because I need it pretty soon. I don't really care about brand name because I'm looking for a cheapo deal here, otherwise I'm stuck with my parents old RCA which weighs a ton and even after being region hacked can't play PAL discs (it's old). I'm really looking to spend between 20 and 30 dollars, but i'd probably go up to 40 if someone knew one at that price that was really great.
Also if you know of one, what's a good store to go buy it at that you'd be sure would have it? I'm weary about buying stuff on the internet because I was looking up specs on the Coby 224 and they listed it as having an optical audio out, and I went to Coby's website and found out it most certainly did not. Thanks in advance.

Your best bet, would be to just take a trip to the store and look. Don't plan on getting much in that price range, but you may be able to find one with optical out. It's hard to suggest anything because at that price range you are looking at store brand models which vary from store to store.
