    Hi

    Is there any program that can cut out a certain part of the video from DVD?? Like I set that it cuts from 01:00 to 02:00...

    Start DVD Shrink
    Open disc
    Go to re-author mode
    Drag your title to the left pane
    Hit the blue icon, above where it says 'size'
    Adjust your start and end frames
    Hit the backup button
    All done

    Video editors such as VideoReDo and MPEGVCR can also do this, but they aren't free.
