    PBC (Playback Control) is on i think, cause no problems with VCD,
    But both Player and Disk must have PBC. How I check that SVCD created with Video PacK has PBC ?

    If it has any menus, then it has PBC. A S/VCD doesn't have to have PBC information authored and if it doesn't, it will just play from beginning to end.
