Is there any way to demux and mux MP4? I've currently encoding all of Invader Zim into h264/MP4 for my iPod. I also intend to encode versions with the Director's Comments track for all of the episodes that have one.
But I don't want to have to encode virtually every single episode twice.
So is there any way to demux an encoded h264/MP4-file and then mux it with another audio stream, keeping both the MP4-container and the h254/AAC streams intact (with no loss of quality)?
