    Hi, I'm a newbie with this stuff, all I need to know is how do I prepare my video files to stream off my website and what tools do

    With a direct link to the file you don't have to do anything. It's dependant on the user. Default settings on WMP for a WMV for example will begin playing once the user has buffered enough...
