    Does anyone knows any software easy to work with like AviSub but for Mac? I just want to embed a .srt subtitle with a divx, to watch it as a single divx file in my divx playe.

    You dont have to embed subtitle file to AVI...Its enough that both, movie and subtitle file, are in same folder with the same name - e.g. test.avi and test.srt...Player will automaticaly load the subtitle..Standalone or software player, no matter...

    yes, I need to do that because my phillips divx player donīt recognize the subtitles even if I put them with the same name as the divx. So I need to embed them with the avi.
