  1. im trying to burn an mpeg as vcd...easy nuff, well... im using easy cd 5, and my player supposedly supports vcd, but it needs to be burnt on a CDRW. just as i begin to record i get a "compatibility warning" saying 'the CD in your CD recorder is a CD-RW. you are creating a CD that is readable by multi read CD rom drives only' am not totally sure how to take this, last time i went ahead and tried to copy it anyway, but it didnt play in my DVD player...
    so...
    1. should i ignore the warning, and
    2. any easy cd 5 pointers out there im missing?

thx in advance for tha help!!!

  2. As for the ez cd creator error, just ignore it.All it is saying is that it might not play because alot of dvd's players will not play a cd-rw or vice versa.i have two panasonics, the first is an a300 older player first generation and I could only get it to play the silver layer memorex cd-rw's and 74 minutes at that, not 80(weird). My rv-26 will play about anything, including 99 minute cd-rs, with no problem. If you are using straight cd-rw's and that is the only thing that will play on your dvd player, you might just need to try another brand. You might want to try a cd-r if you have not already. You might want to go here and try to look for your dvd player and try and get an idea as to what MIGHT be compatible.
