Try rolling back your network (NIC) driver back to the MS default one or download a WHQL version of it.

  3. can you try another free AV like Avast,or AVG ?

    http://www.avast.com/eng/download-avast-home.html

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. mean device driver problem, or some other important system setting,or bad memory.

can you tell us whats the Memory referenced after DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

    example *** STOP: 0x000000D1 ()x00000025,0x0000000D,0x00000000,0xFD77E72)

  5. TM2007 is junk as far as I'm concerned. We've been using 2006 at work since last March with no issues. Recently they sent me a free upgrade to 2007. It had so many issues that I had to uninstall it from all three PCs and put 2006 back on it. They had some nice new features in it but the problems outweighed them. I never saw so many false positives on spyware. And all three systems took massive performance hits as well. One PC with only 256MB or RAM couldn't open hardly any program without taking 5 minutes to do so and then continuing to run agonizingly slow. Same machine with 2006 ran very decent for the programming on it.
