    I've followed the directions listed for my Panasonic DVD player, but they don't seem to work. Any guesses as to what I might be doing wrong?

    Quite often, newer versions of the same model have the firmware locked to prevent the hack codes from working. Basically because if they wanted the unit to be region free, they would have shipped it that way.
