    A friend of mine is having trouble with his WMP. Ever since Windows Media Player revamped itself, he has had problems playing his DVD's on there. Correction: He hasn't been able to play them at all. Is there something he is doing wrong?

    What is the error msg if any?
    WMP requires a dvd mpeg decoder installed to be able to play dvds, so try reinstall a such for example a software dvd player like windvd, powerdvd or just the dvd decoder like stinkys mpeg codec, nvidia purevideo, etc.
