  1. I try to view this video on line, it worked on my desktop but not on my laptop, I do have win media, Itunes, Quick time ...it said click here to DL plug in ,but I don't know which one?

    That page doesn't open.

    Can you download the video or is it embedded/streaming?

    If it is streaming, there are three common choices: wmv, flash, or java.

    wmv is supported by WMP.

    I just want to view the tv news on line, I used to watch it on desktop, therefore I don't need to DL the video

    I guess it must be streaming

    That page doesn't load properly for me, but they are using WMP. You just need WMP 9 or higher installed.

    What browser are you using ?
    I tried both Firefox and IE and Firefox doesnt like the site for some reason but it played ok in IE.

    I use firefox and IE, but can't see it on my laptop, what software you have? I have all WMP, Itunes, Quicktime...

    Its streaming using WMP of which I use version 11.
    Other software wont help.
    Have you got WMP set so it can download codecs ?
    If that doesnt help then Im stumped.

    Try getting the default codec pack from the microsoft site.
